Most organisations work regularly with other organisations in order to achieve their objectives. Working with multiple PCBUs creates risk which needs to be managed, for business and legal reasons. On this course learners will explore the process of working with other PCBUs, from scoping the work, initial engagement through to implementation, review and improvement. Learners will develop a clear understanding of the duties and obligations as a PCBU, and how these duties overlap with others.
